My Journey with fitness wasn't exactly straightforward...
I'm Steph Green and I'm a [big breath in] Personal Trainer, Fitness Model, Competitive Body-Builder, Yoga Teacher and Law Student.
I'm super passionate about helping Women live longer and make bold moves in their fitness, their relationships, their careers and their Life. I strongly believe excellent health is the key to all of this.
I wasn't much of a 'gym bunny' and a fateful turn of events changed all that... I lost my dad, my best friend, my rock at 16, devastating our whole family. He didn't have the healthiest of lifestyles and when he passed it clicked for me.
I swore there and then I would look after myself and commit my life to helping others live longer, healthier lifestyles so they wouldn't have to know the pain of losing a loved one so prematurely.
This is my big why and my reason for getting up in the morning [sometimes at 4am - eek].

We have included a whole bank of short videos on how to execute gym based exercises properly and safely. Our nutrition plans are flexible and easy to follow. Our classes are step by step, easy to follow and include variations to make exercises harder or easier where possible.
We always advise consulting your GP if you have any health concerns before embarking on any fitness program.
We included home based workout plans for those who don't have equipment and/or don't want to or can't get to a gym. A yoga mat would be recommended for comfort and safety when doing floor based exercises and yoga workouts.
Don't worry! This program is designed to be flexible. Go at your own pace and stop when you need to. Consistency beats intensity every time.
